Regina King named among ‘2020 People of The Year’

It has been an amazing year for actress Regina King, and after 30 years of playing some of our favorite television and movie roles, we are stoked at the “flowers” and accolades she’s receiving.
Earlier this year, King received an Oscar and was announced as Glamour Magazine’s Woman of the Year, and now she is being named one of People Magazine’s “2020 People of The Year.”
King shared the news on her Instagram page and thanked the magazine for recognizing her.

Humbled to be included in @people 2020 people of the year. I am grateful for the honor and even more grateful for the people that motivate & inspire me to be better. Shout out to @charcharcasey & @thereal_tamika for holding it down. On stands Friday,” she posted.
The magazine will be on stands Friday, and also includes other 2020 People Of The Year; Selena Gomez, George Clooney and Dr. Anthony Fauci.
