Vibe With: The cast of “Ready to Love” Houston

Notable comedian and reality television host, Nephew Tommy, has brought OWN’s hit show “Ready To Love” to his hometown of Houston. In the midst of a pandemic, Tommy along with award-winning producer, Will Packer, sought out some of H-Town’s hottest singles, in a quest to help them find “the one.” Several cast members from “Ready to Love, the Last Resort” spoke to Vibe Houston about the twists and turns of this season.

The all-new cast explores the real-life dating interactions of sexy, successful and grown Black men and women who are each looking for lasting love and an authentic relationship. But this season, there’s a twist. The “Ready to Love” hopefuls have been COVID-19 tested and cleared to quarantine together at a luxury resort in Georgia, where opportunities for both the men and women to decide who stays and who goes abound as the tables turn weekly in the search for true love.
